Limits[]
Rachel Andrews[]
Rachel can lie convincingly without any of the usual signs of deceit. She can easily trick mechanical lie detection, and wouldn't be caught lying using telepathy or empathy. She is also immune to lie detection, truth activation, reality perception and the truth detecting aspects of truth manipulation. If willing to, she could make others believe in what she says, however Rachel tends not to use this aspect of her ability.
Nathan Petrelli[]
Nathan can lie effectively without getting caught. He is immune to lie detection, can deceive mechanical tests, and wouldn't be caught empathically or telepathically. The ability works reflexively, and he had possessed it for a while, unknowing, before it was discovered. However, he cannot force a person to believe him.
Barnaby Herriford[]
This ability means that Barnaby will be able to lie and deceive abilities such as lie detection and reality perception. He will also be able to lie even while under the influence of truth activation. Telepathy and empathy will not be able to sense thoughts and emotions which would betray any lie. No ability will be able to detect his deception.
Jessica Sky Petrelli[]
Jessica would have the same limits as Rachel, but is currently unaware of the ability.
Peter Petrelli[]
Peter has the same limits as Rachel and Jess in World 8, and the same limits as his brother in World 2.
Abbie Gray[]
Abbie has the same limits as her uncles.
Noah Gray[]
Noah also has the same limits as his uncles.
Robert Max[]
Robert has the same limits as Rachel, Jess and Peter in World 8.
